When I import lightgbm, recived following warning. LightGBM verison is 4.6.0

In the future, please follow the issue template. It's very difficult to investigate a report that just contains a version and a warning message. For example,:

• operating system?
• how you installed LightGBM?
• how you're accessing a free-threading version of Python?

At first glance, it looks to me like that warnings is coming from scipy... do you observe the same thing running imports like these?

from scipy.sparse import csr_matrix, isspmatrix_csc, isspmatrix_csr
from scipy.stats import spearmanr
