[Bug - Partner Center] Certification failed for unclear reasons after extension update.

Describe the bug
My extension - Chess.com Tweaks (f502647b-81f2-43c2-bbb7-de1e46b93271) has been working fine up until June, when I tried to update it. The update was just a few CSS lines (diff).

However, this time it also required me to make changes in the Privacy tab (the check was green beforehand). So I filled out some justifications fields. But now it's saying "Review failed":

Technical requirement policies	Notes to publisher
1.2.2 Security	The extension contains or enables malware/PUA.

My guess is some justification fields for some reasons didn't pass the test? I'd like to update them, but I can't understand what made the review failed, as there's no more detailed explanation.

@Rahul-Bauri With similar issues being raised in #575, #573, #562, #556, #538, I have to say, this is plain unprofessional and incompetent on Microsoft's part.
