[Bug] Redirect Failed error when trying to invoke Outlook Email Draft via Compose URL action

Describe the bug

When I was trying to trigger an email draft creation from my Code App, a Redirect Failed error message appeared despite my Outlook app launching on my Android device and the draft email did not appear. There was no such redirect failed message on my iOS devices (iPhone & iPad Air) and the email draft loads correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected behavior

The Outlook compose URL action should behave consistently across both iOS and Android MAM-managed devices by opening a pre-populated Outlook draft email.

Actual behavior

The Outlook compose URL action executes successfully on iOS devices and correctly opens a pre-populated Outlook email draft.

On Android devices, the same URL action does not produce the expected result. The action is triggered, but Outlook does not open a draft email containing the supplied recipients, subject, and body content.
