Color Picker - display cursor coordinates

Add to the color picker popup the current coordinates of the cursor. Useful to determine size of a window. Maybe allow click and drag to "draw" a box and display the size of the box.

Also, maybe show a small magnified view of the are the color picker is located.

You can magnify with the scroll wheel in the area you want more detail.
What would you want to do with the box?
As for coordinates: You can choose between full desktop, window including borders and client size of a window.

I actually think you want #863 which is a screen measuring tool. Not color picker to have this.
