Two majors of nx at once, so it is split out from the batched security updates in #68 to keep it independently revertable.
Also clears the
minimatch@9.0.3exact pin that nx 20 carried, which was the reason #42 could not fully resolve.Verified:
yarn install --immutable,prettier:check,typecheckandbuild(with--skip-nx-cache, so no stale cache hits) all pass on the new major.Whichever of this and #68 merges second will need a
yarn.lockrebase.
