Description

This PR addresses the following integration tests in ADO:

Change to MANIFEST.in should mean that scorer_evals notebook can find the sample dataset (after location change)
small bug in 1_anecdoctor_generator leading to JSON decode error
misnamed key environment variable in gpt-5 responses integration test
leftover references to deprecated api_version param are removed
Hugging Face auth token is now passed into fetch_sorry_bench_dataset function to access the gated dataset

Associated unit/integration tests pass locally
