I don't seem to have found an issue or PR that already covers it, so I would like to suggest reviewing the wiki documentation Using the Compiler API to update it for TypeScript v7, as it seems many types and patterns have changed.

I don't see how it's possible for someone external to have the necessary context on this. The API isn't even ready to be documented.
