Failed to locate opened application window with appId

Hi All

I am new to WinAppDriver I was trying to automate app which is windows base but I am facing below issue while automation the application

I am able to run simple calculator and Notepad example which is running fine.
My application has a flash screen which displays when we lunch it.
Please give a solution to resolve the above issue.

I have added as mentioned on the link it was running but sometime it is throwing same error as I have mentioned.

Please suggest a solution for it.

Have you added any delay? After the splash screen disappears how much time does it take to open the new window.

@amrsa1 not super happy about my solution. I use a try catch on the first start application. Then make a second root session to find window with a processid matching the exception.

Try to console log the source page contents to see whats the exact page source you are interacting with
