Fix dependency conflict: agent-framework workspace packages were pinning pytest==9.0.2 while agent-framework-lab required pytest==9.0.3, causing uv dependency resolution to fail. Updated all pyproject.toml files and regenerated uv.lock to use pytest==9.0.3 consistently.
