RAPP Brainstem Frontier v0.1.0-beta.4

Source-only Frontier prerelease pinned to commit 7d32a6f0894354a331793c055d8d11eecd4856dc.

Fixes

  • Explicitly installs the Electron 43 runtime after npm ci on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Prevents successful source checks from ending with a missing Electron.app or electron.exe.
  • Preserves the shared global Brainstem, agents, soul, configuration, and memories.
  • Includes the reusable install, update, repair, and launch bootstrap.
