Clearer settings ownership and help within reach

Changes

  • Global Settings now reads and saves global defaults independently of the selected chat. Workspace overrides for AI connections, images, model rules, modules and sources are available in Workspace Details.
  • Workspace and global editors keep separate drafts and connection progress, so switching surfaces cannot save changes to the wrong location.
  • Help me with settings is now beside the close button in the fixed Settings header, including compact layouts.
