Chat links, GIF Canvas playback and reliable coordination waits

Changes

  • Browser chat links open the requested conversation in that window, including after sign-in, without changing other windows or sending a message.
  • Retained inline GIFs can open in Canvas with play/pause controls and original downloads. Saved media survives source-file removal, and unsaved Canvas edits are protected.
  • Media lookup retries once when the saved conversation index changes during a read, while retaining conversation and attachment identity checks.
  • Coordination waits allow time for the host response after the requested wait period. Transport failures with empty messages now provide actionable details.
  • Web, terminal and other authorized clients can read shared paginated conversation activity and attention through discoverable APIs, without loading conversation history. Completed reads release their snapshot capacity.
