Larger model recordings, smoother chats and clearer progress

Changes

• New large model requests and responses can be downloaded separately from the bounded preview, with conversation and delegate identity preserved. Partial recordings are labeled with their limits.
• Long chats avoid reparsing stable message content when activity clocks tick or you type. Editing, streaming and chat-specific drafts keep their existing behavior.
• Canvas accepts GIFs up to 64 MiB within its frame and pixel limits, with playback controls and downloads of the original file.
• An explicitly approved schedule repair can be handed to another chat in the same workspace. Resuming still checks the original approval, exact schedule revision, and current stop state.
• Activity status aligns with the composer, scrollbars use subtler tracks, and middle-click closes an individual Canvas tab.
• After enough comparable completed turns, live status can show a historical duration range. Sparse history, pending decisions and active delegates keep the elapsed-time display.
