Restored voice behavior, quoted replies and reliable chat naming

High-impact changes

Complete the included-components update

Automatic naming now includes the shared naming component. Existing conversation workers keep the code they already loaded.

What to do: Let Updates finish the included-components stage. The naming repair takes effect when a fresh conversation worker starts.

Changes

  • Restore the earlier voice progress behavior after a reported regression; the newer pacing behavior has been removed.
  • Reply to an earlier chat message with a saved quote, return to its source, and add or remove emoji reactions. Drafts and reactions survive reloads.
  • Generate chat names independently of the selected bundle, including older saved chats, and use Auto name now from the sidebar Rename panel. Manual names and newer edits take precedence.
