Faster settings saves and shared image tools

Finish component updates
Shared image generation and editing also require the updated Work bundle and the imagegen component. Existing workers retain their loaded code.
What to do: Let Settings → Updates finish installing components, then use a fresh worker.
Changes
- Save provider, model and bundle settings without waiting for each idle conversation to refresh. Active work keeps its loaded configuration until a safe refresh.
- Reuse model lists and provider metadata across settings and conversation controls when their configuration matches. Refresh after relevant changes, on request, or after 24 hours.
- Batch catalog updates and combine waiting editor changes, while keeping saves ordered and allowing them to finish during slow model-list lookups.
- Make shared image generation and editing available through the public imagegen bundle, with the same input and output permissions for main agents and delegated work.
- Remove the one-time reset guide for older hackathon installations from the repository.
