The correct use of the term "Polyglot" is not defined and entirely consistent.

In general "polyglot" mean relating to multiple languages but in the Aspire terminology, it's most often used to indicate languages other than C#, usually TypeScript, Go, Rust, Python, etc. We should:

• Add a definition of "polyglot" to the glossary.
• Check that this term is used consistently with that definition throughout this repo.
• Link to that definition on the first use of that term in each page.
