Documents changes from microsoft/aspire#19905

@IEvangelist

Targeting release/13.6 based on the source PR milestone 13.6.

Why

The source PR improved discoverability of resource actions in the dashboard Graph view: hovering a resource node now reveals a cog icon below its status badge, which opens the same context menu previously only accessible via right-click. The menu also now shows a compact resource icon and name header identifying its target.

The existing docs (dashboard/explore.mdx) described the graph view but did not mention how to access per-resource actions from it.

Changes

  • Updated src/frontend/src/content/docs/dashboard/explore.mdx: added a sentence to the graph view section describing the hover cog, that it opens the same context menu as the resources table, that the menu header identifies the target resource, and that right-click still works.
