Explicitly update dependency minor/patch ranges to ensure that consumers pull in the latest security updates.
No dependency major versions were changed, aside from reverting an accidental local update of
@types/minimatchto match the actual package version.Also add resolutions for nested
minimatch@7.4.6dependencies to get rid of a local security alert, and updatelodashresolutions for the same reason.
