Small wording fix in the v0.2.0 CHANGELOG entry: the
Deploy-QuotaGroups.ps1fix makes the script parse cleanly under Windows PowerShell 5.1 (so it passes the new CI parse gate), while executing a real rollout still requires PowerShell 7+. Avoids contradicting theRequires PowerShell 7+note in the Added entry. Docs-only.
