Pull request overview

This PR updates the next-release notes by removing an unreleased changelog fragment from the .changes/unreleased/ queue.

Changes:

  • Delete one kind: fixed unreleased changelog entry related to removing an invalid host-app/ prefix from the User-Agent host app suffix.

.changes/unreleased/fixed-20260706-165104.yaml:1

  • This PR removes an unreleased changelog fragment, and I can't find the same entry text anywhere else under .changes/ (including versioned release notes). If this fix is still intended for the next release, deleting this file will drop it from generated release notes; consider restoring the fragment or moving its content into the appropriate versioned .changes/vX.Y.Z.md file as part of the release-notes update.
