Just installed on my Qualcomm Snapdragon Dev Kit. The model downloaded successfully the first time I ran it, but I can't get any response. There do not seem to be any Windows Event logged. Not sure where else to look.

Thanks for raising an issue Mike Yeager (@MikeYeager) ! Would it be possible to run the following command:

foundry service diag --logs

This will create a zip file on your desktop containing all the logs.

There's an error coming from the QNN graph execution. Possibly an issue with the Qualcomm driver.

QNN graph execute error. Error code: 6031

What QNN driver version do you have? You can get details from device manager -> neural processors -> XElite -> right click -> details and driver version

Driver version is 30.0.32.1000 dated 10/9/2024. I'll check the Qualcomm web site to see if there is a newer version and let you know. Thank you.

Well, that didn't work out well. I can't download an update from the web site (can't sign the license agreements because the page freezes) and can't download it with the Qualcomm Software Center (again, can't get the license to work). I'll get on their forums and try to get some help there. That's what I had to do last time. I can't even see what the current version numbers are. Frustrating. I'll let you know if I work something out with them. Thank you.

I was finally able to download the latest driver from the web site. I uninstalled the old one, rebooted, installed the new one, rebooted, and it appears to be the same driver. It has the same issue. I've posted on Qualcomm's Slack channel. I suppose you can close this issue as it's now in Qualcomm's court. Thank you.
