This PR reverts #2348 by removing the additional .asc signature artifact and returning to shipping only the .sig signature alongside release archives.
Changes:
- Stop copying the generated
.sigfile to an additional.ascfile in the output destination. - Restore the prior
.sig-only behavior while keeping signature generation via the.sigsuffix workflow.
