What's Changed

This release includes a significant change specific to the Microsoft build of Go:

• Adds support for persistent Microsoft telemetry preferences through Go's standard environment configuration, such as go env -w and the toolset's installed go.env file. Telemetry is enabled by default, but distributions like Azure Linux can disable it by default by modifying go.env. See the Telemetry documentation for more information.
