Description

Added a uv (Python package manager) ecosystem entry to the Dependabot configuration. The new block enables automated dependency monitoring for Python projects under .github/skills/**, using a directories glob for automatic discovery of pyproject.toml files across nested skill packages.

The entry follows the same weekly-Monday schedule, grouping strategy, label scheme, and commit-message conventions established by the existing npm and github-actions ecosystems. The configuration is forward-looking — Dependabot silently skips ecosystems when no manifest is found and activates automatically when skills with Python dependencies are added.
