Build System Migration
Replaced Lerna + Yarn with npm workspaces for dependency management
Upgraded lage from v1 to v2 for task orchestration
Removed yarn.lock and lerna.json; all installs use npm install
Simplified project structure: moved extensions/ into packages/, removed generators/ (EE example now in
samples/sample-employee-experience/)
