The webp tests added in microsoft#41152 and the negative clip test from microsoft#41476 call page.setViewportSize, which is not implemented on the stock iOS WebView backend.

Covers tests added after the expectations file was generated (microsoft#41801, microsoft#41828, microsoft#41701, microsoft#41459) and a few pre-existing reds surfaced by the full run.
