Add the initial data-only model capability catalog for multimodal and coding feature support across OpenAI, Claude, Meta, xAI, and Microsoft model families. Update release notes for v0.250.110 and bump the app version. Closes #1147 Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Merge the latest Development branch into the model capability catalog PR. Resolve release note and version conflicts by moving the catalog entry to v0.250.112 while preserving upstream v0.250.111 and v0.250.110 entries. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
