SQL Apps 0.2.3 - runtime archive release

Installable runtime archives

This release supplies the exact @microsoft/sql-apps@0.2.3 runtime as a versioned archive. Installing the archive does not require npm publishing rights or Microsoft npm organization membership. This is an archive release, not an npm publication.

Install in an independent application

1. Download microsoft-sql-apps-0.2.3.tgz and SHA256SUMS; compare the archive SHA-256 with the released checksum.
2. Update the foundation checkout to this release. From that checkout, review:

npm run tooling:bind -- --project "C:\SqlAppsProjects\my-app" --archive "C:\Downloads\microsoft-sql-apps-0.2.3.tgz"

3. Review the printed version, SHA-256, destination and effects, then repeat with --approve <approval-id>.
4. Review a new setup plan and approve the intended restore before build or startup.

Binding preserves the exact project version, copies the archive into the application's tooling directory, records relative lockfile resolution and SHA-512 integrity, and prepares the generated Dockerfile. Retain the archive and lockfile with the application. Other npm dependencies still use the configured feed. There is no silent registry fallback.

• npm test: passed, 582 tests passed and 2 Windows symlink-permission tests skipped.
• npm run tooling:build: passed.
• npm run tooling:check: passed.
• npm run tooling:verify-archive -- <absolute-release-archive>: passed; clean independent generated-project restore, empty npm cache and packaged CLI startup.
• Portability regression: passed after copying the app and removing the original archive, with an empty cache and a registry returning 404; no package-registry request was needed.
