I'm trying to use the GitHub Copilot and GitHub Copilot Chat extensions in VS Code. I am facing the "Language model unavailable" error. To try to overcome this error, I want to switch my VS Code from using my personal GitHub account to instead using my company's enterprise GitHub account. However, I can't see any way to log out of my personal GitHub account in VS Code in order to instead link Copilot to the enterprise GitHub account. The VS Code command palette doesn't offer me any way to log out of GitHub. Please help!

Things I've tried:

1. Restarting VS Code app
2. Uninstalling/reinstalling the Copilot extensions
3. Restarting the VS Code window
4. Verifying my network connection
