Brigit Murtaugh (@bamurtaugh) made a good point that we need to document chat.tools.autoApprove setting, since users often reach out and ask about this.

I suggest to not use any YOLO terminology.

Brigit also wants to mention using this setting in dev containers since that is a nice scenario.

Yes, I'd love to get this documented (and maybe about remote in general, not just dev containers). Should we open a separate issue for this? I don't think I saw a mention of remote in the PR.

All good, and not an incorrect assumption - I was planning to document it (and will still plan to), just wanted to explicitly check since it was mentioned in this issue too :) I'll open a PR this or next week!
