Commits file change tree node misaligned after being refreshed

Reproduce steps:

• Checkout Pull Request from the tree view Hook up webflow auth during credential checks #94
• Expand Commits node from Changes In Pull Request section
• Expand Commit "Merge master into shana/login"
• Click the Commits node, which collapses the whole subtree
• Hit refresh button on the section title bar
• Click the Commits node, which expands the whole subtree
• File changes tree nodes are misaligned

• Collapse/Expand the "Merge master into shana/login" commit node multiple times, the children nodes are aligned differently every time.
