GE Creating comment failed when comment on PR

Using the below versions and Github Enterprise the following error is encountered when posting a comment:
Creating comment failed: Error: GraphQL error: Field 'subjectType' doesn't exist on type 'PullRequestReviewThread'

Works as expected on the release version of the extension

• Extension version: 0.62.0 Pre Release
• VSCode Version: 1.78 Insiders
• OS:Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open A PR
2. Write a comment
3. Attempt to Add A comment
4. Error Creating comment failed: Error: GraphQL error: Field 'subjectType' doesn't exist on type 'PullRequestReviewThread' occurs

Hey @alexr00 Yeah it is Github Enterprise, and I'm not sure if you have access to GE, so was just flagging this before it made it into general release .

Unfortunately, I've lost my GE sandbox from the previous issue we had, but I'll try and grab the debug logs at some point, but it may take me 24/48 hours as I have a busy few days coming up

Can confirm I am seeing this (or similar) problem, using GHE:

@jpspringall thanks for the thought. I do have access to GitHub Enterprise and this should be easy to repro.

To verify:

1. Open a GHE repo and sign in with your GHE account.
2. Make a pull request.
3. Verify that you can leave a comment on one of the changed lines of the PR.
4. Reload
5. Verify that you can see your comment.
6. Verify that you can resolve and unresolve your comment.
