incorrectly assumes @me context

Testing #6331

For this request I just wanted it to look for issues that had no assignee and sort them but it didn't understand what I meant by the "given me" wording I think. Also it incorporated the "triage-needed" label which is a realized thing to guess but I felt like I was explicit enough to not have it have to do that interoperation.

I'm not getting the @me, but there is problem with getting "no assignees".
