Option to play a sound when agent mode finishes / requires my input

Simple: I would like to have a sound play when Copilot Agent mode finishes a task or requires my input to continue - this way, I can take care of other things while its working! (e.g. do some pushups or the dishes👀 )

accessibility.signals.chatUserActionRequired and accessibility.signals.chatResponseReceived are what you're looking for.

Sometimes the latter will not play, depending on the elapsed time. See #179204 for the discussion.
