Add Support for Obsidian-Style WYSIWYG Markdown Editing in VS Code #296770

Description

Type: Feature Request

VS Code's current Markdown editor is primarily text-based, which can be less intuitive for users who prefer visual editing. Implement a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editing mode similar to Obsidian, where users can edit Markdown files visually while preserving the underlying syntax. This feature would enhance usability, reduce the learning curve for new users, and improve productivity by allowing real-time preview and editing in a single view. Consider integrating this as an optional extension or built-in toggle to maintain flexibility for different workflows.
