Nitpick: notifications are hard to read while in modal

This is probably more of a modal issue, but when installing plugins the progress shows as really faded in the bottom right. Maybe we should have any installation progress show within the modal? I seem to only see this on the first time I trust a marketplace

I think notifications should be layered above the modal's backdrop
