Steps to Reproduce
Open Visual Studio Code
Try to use AI features (such as chat, autocomplete, or extensions that require a language model)
The system shows an error: "Language model unavailable"
Expected Result
The AI language model should load normally and be ready to use for coding assistance.
Actual Result
The error message "Language model unavailable" appears, and AI features cannot be used.
Additional Information
This issue occurs consistently every time I try to access AI features
Internet connection is stable
Extensions related to AI are installed and enabled
VS Code has been restarted, but the issue persists
