Toggle Maximize Editor Group does not fully hide Claude Code sidebar

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes (Only Claude enabled)

• VS Code Version: 1.117.0
• OS Version: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VS Code with the Claude Code/Dev extension installed and the sidebar active.
2. Open any file in the editor.
3. Run the command 'View: Toggle Maximize Editor Group'

Actual Result:
The editor group expands, but a portion of the Claude sidebar/panel remains visible on the right side, overlapping or taking up space instead of being completely hidden.

Expected Result:
The editor group should occupy the full width of the window, completely hiding all sidebars and activity bars as per the "Maximize" command definition.

This seems like an issue with the Claude Code extension rather than VS Code, please file an issue on the publisher
