2026 Theme - Matched text in command prompt and recent file picker is not visible

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.119.0-insider
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set Code 2026 Light theme
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+P or Ctrl+P to open command prompt or file picker
3. Type some text, first matching result text is not visible. As the highlighted text and highlighted container has same color.
