Allow hiding the "Sign In" button in the title bar

Who thought adding this was a good idea?

This button is annoying as hell. It adds visual noise to a place that should stay clean, and I can't find any way to turn it off.

I don't want this in the title bar. I don't log in, I don't need this button, and I shouldn't be forced to look at it every time I use the editor!

Please add a config to hide this button.

You can currently hide via chat.disableAIFeatures : true setting.

n00b? On Mac Cmd+Shift+P type user json and add this at the top level of the JSON5 settings object:

// hide "sign in" button from title bar
"chat.disableAIFeatures" : true

Then restart VS Code.
