When agent searches tools in the agent window it gets stuck:

Hypothesis

• Level-2 nested subagent is not subscribed to by the client
• Client tool requires client auto-approval
• Nested subagent hangs on calling the client tool

Log trace confirms it, I will just push forward microsoft/agent-host-protocol#265 as the fix rather than trying to do delicate subagent subscription logic
