Allow Go Back/Go Forward to skip closed editors

When using Go Back (Alt+Left), VS Code reopens editors that were intentionally closed. It would be useful to have an option to skip navigation entries whose editors are no longer open, allowing navigation history to stay within the current set of open editors.
