Use displayName in completed installing the extension message

When installing the extension completes, the message is shown: "Completed installing the extension .. Instead, the extension displayName should be shown.

• VSCode Version: 1.36
• OS Version: Windows 10

Currently, publisher.name is displayed, it would be better if displayName is shown.
