Minor UI inconsistencies: Alignments in Sidebar

The vertical alignment in the sidebar views could be more consistent. Please see the attached screenshot where I have marked the deviating areas.

Fixed the alignment for the SCM & Extension input and badges so they all align with the heading title. The tree items are separate as those are controlled by user settings:
