Brief description of your issue

The File Version And Display Version Of The Android Studio Installer Is Reported As 2025.1.1.14 And The Winget "Installed" Version Is Reported As 2025.1, Making It So Winget Always Prompts An Update / Upgrade.

Steps to reproduce

winget install --id Google.AndroidStudio
winget upgrade --id Google.AndroidStudio

Actual behavior

It Installs The App, Then Offers To Update / Upgrade It, Claiming That There Is A Newer Version Available.

Expected behavior

It Installs The App, Then Refuses To Update / Upgrade It As It Is Already Up-To-Date.
