Blocked by Zipped-Binary issue

There are two blocking issues at play here one for each of the assets the publisher provides (the portable app and the zip archive)

1. The portable application jadx-gui-1.4.5-no-jre-win.exe has a dependency on JRE-11.
2. The zip asset jadx-gui-1.4.5-with-jre-win.zip which has the JRE assets included with the zip suffers from the zipped-binary issue.

Also, another note to add for the whole winget project is:

JDK complements JRE, so if JDK is already installed no need to have JRE anymore.

Another JVM app Jdownloader already added in winget,
there may be more but all JVM app really needs one JRE(of the two, the latest one).
