Fix RigSmith.ClaudeRig: NestedInstallerType exe -> portable

clauderig is a portable CLI, not an installer; the exe type made winget run it
as an unattended installer, failing validation (Validation-Unattended-Failed).

Yes — clauderig is a portable CLI, not an installer. I've corrected the manifest to NestedInstallerType: portable (the PortableCommandAlias/Commands were already present), which is how the other RigSmith packages (Rig, ShipRig, ChangeRig) are published. That was the cause of the unattended-install failure. Ready for re-validation — thanks!
