Remove: Nehoray.TranslationManager version 1.0.2

Removes Nehoray.TranslationManager (1.0.1, 1.0.2).

I am the publisher of this package. The application moved to an organization account and is now published under the brand identifier HTH.TranslationManager, submitted separately. This PR only retires the old identifier so the same application is not listed twice.

The old manifests are also stale in a way that breaks matching: their AppsAndFeaturesEntries.Publisher is Nehoray, while the installer registers Hebrew Translation Hub in Add/Remove Programs.

This manifest has the highest version number for this package. Is it available from another location? (This might be in error if the version is switching from semantic to string, or string to semantic.)

Yes - it is available from another location, under a new PackageIdentifier.

The publisher migrated from a personal GitHub account to an organization (hebrew-translation-hub). The same application is re-published as HTH.TranslationManager in #404617 at a newer version (1.1.0), so no version is lost - 1.0.2 is superseded by 1.1.0 under the new identifier.

Two concrete reasons the old identifier should not remain:

1. It would list the same application twice under two identifiers, which is confusing for users searching the source.
2. It can no longer match installed copies. The installer's ARP Publisher value is now Hebrew Translation Hub, while this old manifest declares Nehoray. Since that no longer matches what the installer writes to Add/Remove Programs, winget list / winget upgrade cannot correlate an installed copy with this manifest - so leaving it in place is actively incorrect, not merely redundant.

The 1.0.1 removal for the same package was already approved and merged in #404647. This PR is the remaining half of that same migration.
