📖 Description

Expanded xlflow’s static analysis with new default-enabled rules for Excel state restoration, event re-entry, resource cleanup, search-setting safety, error-contract handling, cross-sheet range validation, unstable range calculations, and workbook or worksheet root ambiguity. Improved interprocedural analysis through shared control-flow graphs and deterministic procedure-effect propagation, while reducing false positives and duplicate diagnostics across existing rules. Also improved analysis performance, fixed valid Array call handling, updated scaffolded assertion helpers, added the xlflow rules catalog and shared rule registry, and upgraded tree-sitter-vba to v0.11.0 with preserved linting and formatting behavior.
