) ## Summary Release 0.27.0 failed only on `publish-winget` (`CreateRef` denied for `WINGET_TOKEN` on `SebTardif/winget-pkgs`) and skipped `announce`. Other channels were green. ## Fix - `continue-on-error: true` on winget-releaser step - Warning step when soft-failure - `announce` treats winget `failure` like success for its `needs` gate ## Recovery already done - Opened [microsoft/winget-pkgs#412335](microsoft/winget-pkgs#412335) for 0.27.0 via local `komac` + user OAuth - Closed superseded 0.26.0 #411579 ## Still needed (ops) Rotate `WINGET_TOKEN` (classic PAT `public_repo` for SebTardif) so the next automated Release can open winget PRs again.
